Q: Why was the retreat canceled?

A: Due to unforeseen health-related cancellations, we're unable to create the immersive and transformative experience we promised. We believe postponing is the best way to maintain the integrity of our event.

Q: What are my options now that the retreat is canceled?

A: You have two options:

1) Receive a refund of your $500 deposit and apply your remaining balance to Kink in Costa Rica 2025, locking in your attendance at the 2024 rate minus the refunded deposit.

2) Request a full refund of all payments made.

Q: How do I choose my preferred option?

Q: How long will it take to receive my refund?

A: We are committed to processing refunds promptly. You can expect to receive your refund within 4-6 weeks, depending on your bank's processing times.

Q: Can I apply my deposit to a different event instead?

A: Yes, we're offering the option to apply your deposit and remaining balance to next year's event, along with additional exclusive benefits. If you're interested in a different event, please let us know, and we'll accommodate your request as best as we can.

Q: What will happen to the rates for next year’s retreat?

A: By choosing to apply your remaining balance to next year’s event, you lock in the 2024 rate, minus the $500 deposit we're refunding to you as a gesture of goodwill.
